Amanda Toombs is the Founder of BNFT SCTY, a consultancy grounded in questions that have shaped much of her work: how people build trust, what creates belonging, and what makes meaningful participation possible.

Her work sits at the intersection of community, culture, and social impact. Across nonprofit leadership, global community-building, civic engagement, and cross-sector partnership work, she has seen that lasting impact rarely comes from strategy alone. It depends on the social and cultural conditions that shape whether people feel connected, invested, and able to contribute to something larger than themselves.

Through BNFT SCTY, she works with organizations seeking to build trust, deepen belonging, and create more thoughtful forms of engagement. She is especially interested in the human infrastructure beneath meaningful change, including narrative, relationships, shared experience, and the environments that influence how people relate to one another.
